IRIS McGRUER - business owner and lead instructor

Iris McGruer has been running the LotteBerk® studio in East Grinstead since 2006. She trained in Switzerland and at the LotteBerk® Headquarters in London, and is a fully certified LotteBerk® Master Teacher. She believes in making the classes enjoyable as well as challenging, ensuring that everyone is encouraged to do their best and achieve amazing results regardless of their age, ability, or level of fitness. Her many years of experience means that each member of her class can feel secure in the knowledge that they will be carefully and individually monitored.

JANE SWEETING - instructor

Jane Sweeting trained at the LotteBerk® Studio in London, and qualified as a LotteBerk® teacher in 2010.

Jane originally trained as a nurse, and has also practised ballet, yoga and pilates. She truly believes that LotteBerk® is the best form of exercise to change your body – the way it looks and how you hold yourself, whilst building strength and stamina. Jane teaches part time at the LotteBerk® Studio in East Grinstead and also runs her own classes in Lewes and Newick.
