The Lotte Berk Exercise Studio |
Lotte created a demanding series of exercises in the late 1950’s after she was forced to end her ballet career due to an accident. She was convinced that every woman, no matter what age, could have the body of a dancer if she worked hard for it. |

Lotte Berk exercises are designed to greatly improve posture, firm your bottom, define arms and legs and flatten your stomach. After the first couple of classes you will feel much better, after the next few you will see the first changes of your body reshaping towards a leaner, more supple you. You will feel stronger, walk taller, your mobility and flexibility will increase and you will feel so much more energy within you. |

The hour long classes are held in a small, private studio in a fun atmosphere to the tunes of uplifting music. The work-out starts with an intense warm-up to get the circulation going, followed by various challenging leg, stomach and bottom exercises done partially at the ballet bar and partially on the floor. The movements are all very small and controlled but have a great effect! You will feel muscles you didn’t know they exist. |
